The Motiance Dance School
The Motiance Dance School offers classes in Children’s Dance playground, Tumbling, Introduction to Dance, Jazz-Ballet for children and adults, Classical Ballet, Antillean Folklore for children and adults, Modern Dance ,gymanstics for children, combo classes for children (a little classical, jazz and tap), Tap dance for Adults, drum classes and cheerleading.
A semi professional performing company - The Motiance Dance Company- provides shows for hotels, functions, and cultural manifestations and has its own yearly productions; there is also a junior performing company and the Motiance Adult Dance Company, which consists of former dancers, now adults. The MADC has its yearly performances at the Philipsburg Cutlural and Community Center.

John C. Larmonie Center for Dance Music and Arts, Long wall road 20, Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.

25th school year started
|

After a successful summer program and musical theater workshops, the classes at both locations of the school have started. This year will be dedicated to our 25th school year, culminating in a grand anniversary bang.
Mrs. Vero has her hands full registering everyone and classes are filling up with returning students and with those that are joining for the first time. Teachers Arlene Halley, Susha Hien, Jennifer Halley, Stacy Hien and assistants Zoya Hyman and Nadia John are brimming with new ideas and surely during this special year, many times the audience will have chance to view. |
